This is a moderated list, which means you can post within certain guidelines.
Forum guidelines:
1. Be polite. Respect other members of the community. We will not tolerate disruptive behavior, any member who is rude or disruptive may be banned without warning, and at the moderator's discretion.
2. Nothing on this forum should be taken as financial, legal or medical advice.
3. No off topic posting. This includes posting about religion and political topics. We are a diverse community with common passions...a local grocery store and community. Please keep the forums on topic, so that they may be useful and inspiring for our community.
4. No posts that are contrary to VFC's mission and values
5. No links to sites that are contrary or defamatory to VFC
6. No advertising or Spam
These are the general guidelines and moderators use best judgment when moderating. Posters who have been moderated will receive notification as to why their post was moderated along with contact information.
Repeated abuse of these guidelines will initiate a temporary hold on postings.
